We welcome your visit to our Labrador pages.  

As both a breeder and a trainer, my goal is to produce classic Labrador Retrievers.  In order to be part of my kennel, they need to have correct structure, good substance, strong prey drive and working ability, and outstanding dispositions.  

Working ability means they have to love to hunt, be soft mouthed retrievers, be very trainable, and have a strong work ethic. My dogs are used both as personal gun dogs and are also used on upland hunts when I guide.   They also run hunt tests when I have the spare time.  

 All dogs used in my program have health clearances on hips, eyes elbows, and are CNM clear.  

Oh yes.....and did I mention that they're chocolate?  

Here at Red Branch, color is secondary to conformation, temperament and working ability.   All the color in the world is useless unless there's a good quality dog under it.
